If you are a French tax resident, you may benefit from a tax reduction equal to 66% of the amount of your donation, up to a limit of 20% of your taxable income* (French Law No. 2003-709 of August 1, 2003).
*Any amount exceeding this limit may be carried forward and claimed over the following five tax years.
** The value of any benefits received in return for the donation must not exceed 25% of the donation amount and is capped at €73.
